DAO wind-down under way since 1 June 2026, following the October 2024 exploit. Lending is disabled across all markets; what remains is a withdrawal-and-remediation shell.
Borrowing is disabled protocol-wide. No live LTV or threshold values are published; the parameters below are stored on-chain values, labelled as stored, not live.
Radiant is in wind down and should not be read as a live venue. The DAO began winding down on 1 June 2026, having never recovered from the October 2024 DPRK linked exploit that drained about $50M; TVL across all four chains was about $2.21M on 1 June 2026, split roughly Arbitrum $939k, Ethereum $468k, Base $458k and BNB Chain $343k, and RDNT had already been delisted by OKX, Crypto.com and finally Binance, per The Defiant. The protocol sunset technical reference states that the lending pool borrow parameter has been set to 1, which effectively disables borrowing, that RDNT emissions have ended, and that deposits, withdrawals, repayments and liquidations still function, with Chainlink adapters continuing to read live feeds. That is exactly what the contracts show: on both the Arbitrum and Ethereum pools every borrowable reserve reads a of 1. Historical loan to value and values are still stored on chain, and they are reported below as stored values, not as an invitation to use the protocol. Radiant's asset strategy when live was Arbitrum first, with GMX ecosystem collateral (GM and GLV tokens) that no other protocol in this set lists, plus a RIZ layer. Arbitrum core pool `0xE23B4AE3624fB6f7cDEF29bC8EAD912f1Ede6886`, Ethereum core pool `0xA950974f64aA33f27F6C5e017eEE93BF7588ED07`, both listed in the Radiant contracts documentation and Ethereum contracts documentation. All liquidation bonuses read 15 percent. Other Ethereum reserves read the same way and are omitted for space: USDT 75/78, WBTC 73/78, sDAI 77/80, rETH 75/80, weETH 72.5/75, LINK 65/70, USDS 77/80, tBTC 70/75, UNI 65/70, cbBTC 73/78, cbETH 75/80, PYUSD 72/75, LBTC 73/78, PAXG 60/68 and AAVE 65/70, all with a 15 percent , all read from the Ethereum pool.

The DAO began winding down on 1 June 2026 with about $2.21M of TVL left, after failing to recover from the October 2024 DPRK linked exploit of about $50M
The lending pool borrow parameter was set to 1, which effectively disables borrowing; the contracts confirm a borrow cap of 1 on every borrowable reserve on Arbitrum and Ethereum
Delisted by OKX in January 2025, Crypto.com in July 2025 and Binance in 2026, with spot trading halted on 1 April and withdrawals ending 1 June 2026
Supply cap reads 1, so the reserve accepts no meaningful new deposits
Several RIZ v1 markets are marked deleted in the documentation (Arbitrum USDC/USDY, BNB FLOKI/USDT, Base BRETT/USDC), and the February 2026 roadmap had planned to retire RIZ v1 entirely
No RDNT flows to the ChefIncentivesController any more, so supplying earns only organic interest
